The Encinitas Ranch Community Association does not permit and will not approve conversion of garage space to any other use. This policy was developed with input from the Community Association consulting attorney, professional managers, consulting architect, and Board and Architectural Committee members.  The reasons include community aesthetics, certain sections of the CC&Rs, community rules limiting street parking, and certain limitations imposed by the City at the time the development was approved.  This restriction is imposed regardless of any City permits obtained, the number of cars owned, or any other consideration.  If these conversions exist, the improvements are in violation of this policy.
