The community will be hosting a short meeting on Tuesday, August 1st at 5 PM at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course with the developer for Fox Point Farms. This is the new development under construction at the northwest corner of Leucadia Blvd. and Quail Gardens Drive.

Fox Point Farms is a new agrihood community set on 21.5 acres, consists of 250 homes, including a mix of for-sale cottages, carriage units, and townhomes. In addition there are numerous amenities that will be open to the public.

Many homeowners have questions about this development and to help address these the board has arranged for a meeting where an  overview of the development will be provided and time set aside to ask questions. This meeting will start at 5 PM at the golf course club house and end at 6 PM.
