Below is the tentative schedule for the perimeter wrought iron fencing repair and repainting project. This is subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen developments as the work proceeds.
Every homeowner with perimeter fence will receive multiple notices from Pacific Western, our painting contractor, advising owners of the coming work and to ensure that all materials are removed including vines, shrubs and trees from the fence to allow painters complete access.
Only the homes with perimeter wrought iron fencing are involved in this project. All project costs are being covered by the community reserves which stand at 109% of recommended requirements. There will be no special assessments for the fence work and this is part of the adopted 2020 Reserve Study.

NOTE: This schedule is based on one work crew and is extremely conservative. Owners should expect that the overall project will be completed much sooner than April of next year. The community is providing more than ample notice about the impending work in these areas to ensure that everything is removed from the fences before painting starts.
If materials are not removed then the community will have them removed and the owner will be billed back for time and materials.
The work benefits everyone in the community as it enhances the value of the homes and provides a consistent appearance and it demonstrates strong focus on maintaining our infrastructure.
