The annual meeting of the membership was held on Wednesday, November 16th at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house. During the meeting the ballots were tabulated and the results of the election for the board of Directors and an IRS ruling were announced.

In accordance with our Bylaws, a quorum of 25% of the voting power was reached. There were 203 valid, signed ballots which is well in excess of the 25% quorum requirement which represents 125 ballots. Nine additional ballot return envelopes were received and were determined to be invalid. The three (3) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve for a two (2) year term until the
2024 Annual Meeting.

The ballots were counted and tabulated by the Ballot Box company, our inspector of elections. The following is a summary of the votes:
