As follow up to a previous news article on our annual board of directors election for Encinitas Ranch, this is a reminder that the community needs your vote.

The annual election will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at 5 PM at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house. Ballots must be received by Ballot Box, our Inspector of Elections, by Noon on Monday, November 16th. Alternatively, ballots will also be accepted at the meeting location on November 18, 2026.

We must achieve a quorum of the membership which is 25% or 125 valid signed ballots. Where a quorum is not achieved, the election would be delayed, ballots would be remailed to those owners who did not vote and, the community would incur additional costs.
