The annual meeting of the membership was held on Wednesday, November 17th at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house. The meeting was called to order at 5:01 PM. The following were the results:
- Directors Elected to a two year term
- Zachary Hafner
- Richard Stern
- IRS Ruling 70-604 was adopted
- The minutes of the 2020 meeting were approved
An Open Forum to allow for discussion from the homeowners in attendance was conducted.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 PM.
