The annual tree trimming work by BrightView Tree Trimming is currently scheduled from Wednesday, February 1st to Tuesday, February 28th. They will be starting on the north end of the property and working their way south. Quail Ridge will be the first area to be trimmed followed by 37 Ranch Road, Quail Hollow (Lauren Court), Devonshire, Via Zamia (Sidonia) and then the south mesa. The south mesa includes all of the streets and slopes off of Paseo de las Flores and Paseo de las Verdes.
The schedule is highly dependent on weather as well as crew staffing and is subject to change.
Please remove all holiday decorations on your home as well as on any community common area trees. If the tree trimming crew encounters any decorations on common area trees then this will slow down the work and potentially increase costs.
BrightView will provide notifications as they reach each of these developments. Please do not interfere with the teams performing the work. Areas where they will need ‘No Parking’ will be marked the day before. Hours of operation will be between at 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The crew will not be working on Saturdays unless discussed and agreed upon with the association.
