Curtis Management Company Transition Update:

The Curtis Management Company (CMC) transition team is currently working with our prior management company, N.N. Jaeschke, to transfer the Encinitas Ranch records through April 2021. They will be getting the final records through May 2021 the first week of June. So far the transition has been going quite well.

Monthly Assessments Billing: 

Please note that your first statement will be for the month of June 2021 only. CMC will not be getting the balance forward figures until sometime in early June. Therefore any prepaid or delinquent assessment(s) will not be reflected until you receive your July 2021 statement.

Automatic Debit

Please note that if you already had your monthly assessment deducted from your checking account from the prior management company, that service will have been terminated and you will need to set this up with our company. However, Curtis Management has made this process easy by allowing you to apply for the auto debit service online. The online instructions will be included with the June 2021 assessment billing and welcome letter. There is no charge for this set-up, but it is required as this is a different bank account from your previous management company.
