Unfortunately, there continues to be substantial damage being done to the turf in the small Samuel Court. Photos are below. This is at least the third time that the community has had to address such damage that results in having to replace large areas of turf at a cost of thousands of dollars which every homeowner in Encinitas Ranch has to pay a portion. The park has just fenced off to prevent more damage. The board has a good idea of who is causing the damage and this is a reminder that homeowners are responsible to pay for any damage to common areas.

Please help out here if you know of who is responsible so that they can be held accountable. This is not fair to the 500 homeowners that they not only need to cover the costs of the repairs but they cannot enjoy the park until the turf has been replaced and allowed to grow back.
