Last fall the Board of Directors and the Landscaping Committee agreed to hire an independent consulting arborist to assess the operational methods and specifications being used to maintain the trees in our community. The community is responsible for nearly 30 acres of property and nearly 1700 trees. So, it is important to determine if our trees are in good health and properly cared for.
Below is a link to the consulting arborist report from Tim Clancy that was received on Wednesday, January 19th. This report details his findings regarding the trimming of community trees in Encinitas Ranch.
