Our community has an excellent working relationship with the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. The president of our Board of Directors represents our HOA and three others on the Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority board. The Encinitas Ranch Golf Authority (ERGA) oversees golf course management including all of the financials. ERGA helps contribute toward the repayment of the bonds that were sold to pay for the infrastructure in the Encinitas Ranch area.

Homeowners who are members of the Encinitas Ranch Community Association have no special rights or privileges as it relates to the golf course or the golf course club house. Homeowners need to pay for any food, beverages, greens fees or other services on their own. They can rent a portion of the club house for special events and many owners have taken advantage of that but they would need to rent space from the manager of the club house at the going rate.

Some homeowners might have mistakenly assumed that they have special rights and privileges with the club house and that is simply not the case.
