Infrastructure Improvements – Fence Repairs

Posted on: March 15th, 2021

The next relatively large infrastructure project to start in Encinitas Ranch will be the repair and repainting of the 800 foot long wood fence along Lot 16 which separates our community in the south mesa from the Ecke property to the north. During the recent storm wind storm in February several sections of the fence blew down and had to be repaired.

The wood fence that is behind some of the homes on Alexandra Lane and adjoins Sidonia Street will also be repaired and repainted. In addition for the homeowners who live on Alexandra Lane in Devonshire  This will impact the homeowners who live on that street between 1010 and 1090 Alexandra Lane. These owners will need to clear their backyard fences of any plants, vines or other materials so that the painter have complete access to both sides of the fence.

Also, the wood fence behind the homes on Dylan Way that adjoin the CrestView HOA will be repaired and repainted. This would affect the following addresses: 1705, 1725, 1735, 1745 and 1755. These owners will need to clear their backyard fences of any plants, vines or other materials so that the painters have complete access to both sides of the fence.

We expect that this work will be completed in the May-June timeframe. As the project comes closer to starting all of the affected homeowners on Alexandra Lane will receive multiple notices.

The costs for both of these projects will be paid out of our reserves and were forecast to be completed this year.
