Keystone Pacific, the property management company that oversees and manages Encinitas Ranch, is introducing a new payment experience through their Keystone Connection Portal.
These enhancements will become live on December 16th of this year.
Please note:
- Homeowners currently enrolled in recurring credit card payments through Zego will also receive direct email notifications with instructions on how to re-enroll once the upgrade goes live;
- No action is needed for homeowners who are paying their monthly assessments through ACH or e-check;
- No action is needed for homeowners who are mailing in a check or making payments through their bank’s online bill pay.
