There are several major landscaping and infrastructure projects underway that are intended to maintain and enhance common areas and property lines. Below is a short summary of those:
- The wooden fences behind the houses in the 1000 block of Alexandra Lane and the houses between 1715 and 1745 on Dylan Way are being completed removed and replaced with new vinyl fencing as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the infrastructure in the community.
- The area around the entry monument in the Devonshire development of the community is being completely renovated with new plants and shrubs.
- Portions of the parkway turf on Cypress Hills in two areas are being replaced with new St. Augustine turf which is very durable and long lasting:
- Paseo de las Verdes to Shasta Drive on both sides
- Around the horseshoe bend on on side
The new sod will remain yellow looking for several weeks then turn green as the roots take hold. The new sod will be watered on a regular basis.
All of these projects should be completed by year end.
