The ballots for the election for the Board of Directors has been mailed to all members of the community. The election will be held during the annual meeting on Wednesday, November 29th at 5 PM at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, 1275 Quail Gardens Drive.

It is vitally important that everyone take the time to review the ballot for the board of directors and the associated candidate statements. In order for the membership to hold an election a quorum is needed and that requires a minimum of 125 ballots. So, every ballot counts. Please vote!

Ballots must be received by Noon on Monday, November 27th. Alternatively, members can hand them to the inspector of elections on the day of the meeting.

If a quorum is not established, then the election is delayed and additional expenses are incurred. Every vote counts.

If for some reason you did not receive a ballot you can contact Ballot Box, an independent vendor hired by the community to serve as our inspector of elections. They can be contacted at [email protected] and they will send you a new ballot.
