Property Management Change – June 1, 2021

The Board of Directors has decided to change property managers from N.N. Jaeschke to Curtis Management beginning June 1, 2021.
N.N. Jaeschke will continue to provide service through May 31st. If any issues, questions or concerns arise between now and the end of May please contact N.N. Jaeschke.
Curtis Management will be mailing all homeowners a letter of introduction in mid May, along with their June 2021 monthly HOA billing statement.  Any balance forward will be reflected when information has been provided to us by N. N. Jaeschke. In most cases, balance forward figures are applied to the second billing, which would be the July 2021 billing statement.  When received, please make your check payable to Encinitas Ranch Community Association and include your account number on the memo portion of the check. If there are any errors in the name or address on your bill, please complete the “Address Correction Form” which will be sent to you.
Automatic Debit: Please note if you had your monthly assessment deducted from your checking account by N. N. Jaeschke dues will be collected for April and May 2021.  
If you prefer to continue automatic debit payments you will need to complete the new ACH Debit Authorization Form sent by Curtis Management in your introduction letter.  There is no charge for the auto debit set-up (also known as ACH). It is required because of a change in bank accounts from the previous management company.

You can find more information on Curtis on their web site at www.curtismanagement.com.   Patrick Campbell, the President and Jenna Jacobs will serve as our Community Association Managers. Assisting them on the management team will be Cierra Flanders. Cierra will be fielding our calls and emails, recording common area maintenance requests, create work orders and answer any questions you have concerning your monthly dues.  They all can be reached by telephone at (760) 643-2200 during daily operational hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. Curtis Management also maintains a 24/7 emergency response contact at (619) 699-1774 and the on-call representative will assist you.
Any Architectural Applications should be submitted to N.N. Jaeschke through May. Beginning on June 1st such applications should be submitted to Curtis Management.
