Property Management Transition – Update

As a reminder, the association has awarded Curtis Management Company, Inc. to manage our community beginning June 1st.

Curtis Management has mailed the first monthly billing statements for our association’s assessments. Every member should have received this first mailing by now. If you have not received anything from Curtis Management please contact them at 760-643-2200 or by email at [email protected]

Any balance forward will be reflected when this information has been provided by N. N. Jaeschke. In most case balance forward figures are applied to the second billing, which in our case would be the July 2021 assessment.

Automatic Debit: Please note that if you already had your monthly assessment deducted from your checking account with N. N. Jaeschke, that service will have been terminated and you will need to set up the automatic payments with Curtis Management. They have made this process easy by allowing you to apply for this online.

If you are interested in having your Encinitas Ranch monthly assessment automatically withdrawn from your checking account you can set this up through the Curtis Management website:

  1. Next scroll down halfway on the web page to find a box entitled “Auto Debit Form
  2. Complete the form and follow the instructions. Make sure to include your account number which is located on the top righthand corner of your statement (account will being with CUR-). Double check that your banking information is correct.
  3. Next an email entitled “Adobe Sign” will be sent to the email address you provide to verify your identity. In that email click the link “confirm my email address“.

Your monthly assessment will be drawn from the bank you designated on the 10th of each month. If the form is received after the 8th of the month the draft will not begin until the following month. You will need to submit a separate payment for the pending month as Curtis Management cannot back draft.

Community News and Monthly Board Meetings

Starting in June board meetings will be held in person starting at 5 PM. The location for the meetings will be posted on all mailboxes. If you have input for a board meeting please contact Pat Campbell with Curtis Management, [email protected]. He will ensure that your questions or concerns are shared with the board.

Also, beginning in June the monthly board meetings will move to the third Wednesday of every month. More details will be forthcoming on how to join or submit input for the board meetings.
