Reminder about the community parking policy

Posted on: September 5th, 2023

Whether you agree or not there is a formal Parking Policy in place that was adopted in 2016 after many months of debate. The membership voted to approve the policy. The policy was incorporated into the original governing documents and then amended several times. The policy is intended both for safety and aesthetics. It is the obligation of the community to enforce the policy and that duty has continues to be fulfilled for many years.

No vehicle is permitted to park overnight on the street in the Community without displaying a Temporary Guest Pass, Visitor Permit or On Street Permit. Vehicles parked without displaying the appropriate Pass and permits are subject to a parking citation.

As part of their contract and duties, a patrol service conducts daily patrols throughout the Community and upon identifying an improperly parked vehicle, will place a parking citation on the vehicle citing the parking violation. The patrol service will conduct parking enforcement between the hours of 1 AM and 5 AM.

After three parking citations within a thirty (30) day timeframe, a final warning notice will be placed on the vehicle indicating that they could be towed unless they contact the Management Company immediately.

Also, just a reminder that any vehicle parked within 15 feet of a fire hydrant will be towed immediately so please do not park in such areas. It is an enormous public safety issue and is not only in violation of our Parking Policy but also city and state laws.
