Road Resealing Project – Adjustment in plans

Posted on: September 11th, 2023

The schedule for Monday, September 11th was disrupted due to the threat of rain this afternoon. Apache Asphalt was able to complete about half of the planned schedule.

The following areas will be completed on new dates shown below:

  • The south end of Cypress Hills Drive (the even numbered houses from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes) – September 25th
  • The middle section of Lynwood Drive (odd numbered houses from Paseo de las Flores to Cascadia Lane) – September 25th
  • Paseo de las Verdes on the north side (from the intersection of Cypress Hills Drive to Shasta Drive) – September 25th
  • Paseo de las Verdes on the north side (from Shasta Drive to the pedestrian crosswalk) – September 22nd

Adjustment are also being made to the date when we will reseal several other streets:

  • Cascadia Lane (odd numbered houses) on the 15th
  • Cascadia Lane (even numbered houses on the 22nd
  • Paloma Court from Cypress Hills Drive to Cascadia Lane (odd numbered houses) on the 15th
  • Paloma Court from Cypress Hills Drive to Cascadia Lane (even numbered houses) on the 22nd
  • Cypress Hills Drive from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes ( even numbered houses) on the 25th

The schedules for all other streets remain the same.

As a reminder please move anything placed on the asphalt like basketball hoops, porta-potties or other construction materials from the street. We do not want to incur additional costs or time to clean up such areas.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE BARRIERS ON BLOCKED OFF STREETS. APACHE ASPHALT WILL MOVE THEM WHEN THEY DECIDE THE STREETS CAN BE DRIVEN ON.

The barriers on the streets will be removed by Apache on the day of trash pick up to allow access for the EDCO trucks. Trash cans can be placed on the street the evening before trash pick up.

The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other conditions and we will continue to keep everyone updated.
