Road Resealing Project – Update Friday, September 22nd Weather Delay

Posted on: September 22nd, 2023

Unfortunately, the weather today, Friday, September 22nd, interfered with the road resealing project. Apache Asphalt had to stop work mid-morning and will start again on Monday, the 25th. Their policy is not to do any work unless there is less than a 20% chance of rain and that was not the case today.

The following is the revised schedule for next week:

Monday, September 25th – Lynwood Dr (odd numbered houses between Paseo de las Flores and Cascadia Lane), Cypress Hills Dr (from Paloma Court to Samuel Court, both sides)

Tuesday, September 26th – Ranch Road (all even numbered houses), Fairway Vista, the entry area around the gates on Ravean Court, Lauren Court (odd numbered houses), Half of Alexandra Lane (all odd numbered houses), Hampton Court, South side of Via Zamia, Cascadia Lane  (even numbered houses), Paloma Court (from Cypress Hills Drive to Cascadia Lane, the even numbered houses)

Wednesday, September 27th and Thursday, September 28th – clean up on every street

Notify all visitors, contractors and gardeners of this revised schedule.

Please do not move any traffic cones or drive through any areas that are taped off. Contact Pat Campbell at Curtis Management with any concerns or questions. He can be reached at 760-643-2200.
