The Board of Directors recently decided to amend the roles and responsibilities of the Architectural Committee to provide formal oversight of the infrastructure in the community. As mentioned in one of the other articles in this newsletter the community has the responsibility to maintain all of the streets, sidewalks, curbs, trails, entry monuments, street lights, mailboxes, concrete culverts and more. The committee has already developed a detailed process for managing all of the work associated with keeping these components in good shape. It makes good business sense to have more programmatic oversight in this area.
