Senior City Staff to solicit feedback from Encinitas Ranch homeowners

Posted on: April 9th, 2024

The monthly Encinitas Ranch Community Association board meeting is being moved to Thursday, April 25th so that several senior city staff members can attend the meeting at 5:30 PM at the golf course club house. Jill Bankston, the City Engineer, and Jennifer Campbell, the Assistant City Manager, will be joining the board meeting.

The city is currently exploring local funding options that maintains our beaches, community, and quality of life. Part of this process is reaching out to community members and groups to collect feedback and explain the need as the ongoing challenge of maintaining our streets, beaches, parks, and public facilities, given age and continuous use, requires us to make necessary repairs, replacements, and upgrades for the benefit of all residents.

This is your opportunity to provide input on what infrastructure projects in the city you deem to be of great importance. It is vitally important that the city understand the needs of their constituents and focus in right areas.

Please consider attending as this is the first time we have had such high ranking city officials come to one of our monthly board meetings.

City staff will not address any questions about impending developments along Quail Gardens Drive such as Quail Meadows. They want to concentrate on understanding the most important infrastructure needs of residents.
