This is a gentle reminder that our CC&R’s prohibit the placement of storage units/pods or dumpsters in driveways or in front of homes.  There several relevant articles in the CC&R’s:

• Article 6.1.6 No Temporary Structures
• Article 6.1.11 Unsightly Items

The need to use a storage unit or dumpster is clearly understood however, the use of them without notifying the community and property manager is becoming more of a problem. Not only are these unsightly thereby negatively affecting the aesthetics of the community but they are being used and placed for extended periods of time often for months without any permission.

If there is a need to place a storage unit or dumpster in a driveway or on the street the homeowner is asked to contact Keystone Pacific, our property manager, and provide background on the need for this and an estimate of the time involved.
