The developer of Fox Point Farms has agreed to host a tour of the development on Friday, February 2nd at 4 PM. The tour will focus on the public amenities. 

Those of you interested please send an email to our community email address at [email protected] so we can provide the developer with an approximate size of the group.  We will provide you with details on where to park and meet.

This is the new development under construction at the northwest corner of Leucadia Blvd. and Quail Gardens Drive.

Fox Point Farms is a new agrihood community set on 21.5 acres, consists of 250 homes, including a mix of for-sale cottages, carriage units, and townhomes. In addition there are numerous amenities that will be open to the public.
