As mentioned previously the community is going to have all streets resealed starting on Monday, September 13th. The work is be done by Apache Asphalt who resealed the streets in 2019. The work is being paid for using a small portion of our reserves and is supported by the reserve study for 2023.
It is important that all owners are aware of the precise dates for their streets to be resealed. The entire schedule will be confirmed and sent out again as a news article. In addition, flyers will be posted on every house indicating the date for the work to be completed and there will be flyers posted on every mailbox along with maps showing the precise areas for resealing.
All homeowners are required to park any vehicles they may need in another location or on other street. On some streets the resealing will be split with one side being done on one day and the other side on another day. In which case owners can park vehicles overnight on the opposite side of the street. These details will be provided on the flyers and maps.
Any vehicles left on the street will be towed at the owners’ expense.
There will be no vehicle access for 24 hours after resealing is complete. Homeowners can walk on the resealed streets after 4 hours and trash cans can be placed on the street without causing any damage.
