Below is a link to a very recent article in the Coast News on the status of the appeals for the Quail Meadows development on Quail Gardens Drive.

Two groups continue to appeal the plans for this development. They include the Encinitas Citizens for Responsible Development (ECRD) and Hamilton Biological. The appeals are being made to California Coastal Commission. Coastal Commission officials said they have not set a hearing date for the appeals but expect to bring it forward before the end of 2025.
