Volunteers needed to represent all of Encinitas Ranch

Posted on: July 25th, 2022

Encinitas Ranch spans an area over a mile north to south with six very distinct developments spread over 29 acres of land:

  • Quail Ridge
  • 37 Ranch Road
  • Quail Hollow
  • Devonshire
  • Sidonia (Via Zamia)
  • South Mesa with multiple builders

In order to manage the community effectively and efficiently it is necessary to maintain a full roster of members for three committees and the board of directors. The committees include Community Relations (social), Architectural and Landscaping Committees. Each of the committees and board consist of five members.

Nearly all of the committees and the entire board are homeowners who live in the South Mesa and while the South Mesa is the single largest part of Encinitas Ranch it is vital that we gain representation from other areas within the  community. With broader representation we will bring diversity, critical thinking and input across Encinitas Ranch.

Please consider volunteering some of your time. Any of the committee or board members will tell you that this only takes a few hours of your time a month and with it you gain satisfaction that you are having a visible impact on the community. If you enjoy living here then please consider helping out. Seriously consider attending a committee or board meeting to learn more.

All you need to do is to contact Pat Campbell at Curtis Management at 760-643-2200 or at [email protected]. Give him your name, contact information and what committee you would be interested in or if you would like to add your name to the slate of candidates for the board. The annual elections for the board of directors is held every November.
