Please vote! The annual meeting of the membership is coming up soon and we need all homeowners in Encinitas Ranch to cast their ballot. An election of the board of directors cannot be held without a quorum which represent 25% of the homeowners to vote that represents 125 votes.
If for some reason you did not receive a ballot for the annual election and membership meeting please contact Ballot Box, an independent vendor hired by the community to serve as our inspector of elections. They can be contacted at [email protected] and they will send you a new ballot.
All ballots must be received by Monday, November 14th at Noon in order to be counted.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16th at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course starting at 5 PM.
