For those homeowners who pay their monthly assessment dues by hand written checks or using electronic checks from their bank they MUST make it payable to Encinitas Ranch and NOT to Curtis Management Company. The bank is no longer accepting deposits when the check is payable to the wrong entity. It must be payable to Encinitas Ranch.
