The community is over 20 years old now and in many cases the wooden side yard fences may need to be repaired or replaced. This is the responsibility of the adjoining neighbors, not the HOA. The neighbors should discuss and decide if and how they would split the costs. This work is considered routine maintenance and as such does not require an architectural application.

Repairs and/or replacement of the fence(s) should follow the perimeter fence specifications that can be found on the community website at: https://encinitasranch.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Appendix-E-ERCA-Perimeter-Fence-Specifications-0118.pdf

The fence should be painted with Sherwin Williams Nuthatch Brown (SW 6088) or equivalent. The color can be paint matched using another manufacturer.
